April was great.

Very disappointed. We waited to get our 1st post covid 19 haircuts as we are regulars. My usual $7 - $10 tip was going to be $20 to support the recently out of work. The limited hours and no walkins allowed prevented that from happening. We were there an hour before closing and only 5 waiting on the board. The staff was adamant that we could not get a cut. Mgmt fumbled this. Not enough stylists and short hours. I was able to walk into Great Clips at Madison and Hazel and get a haircut. I have a new place now.

I went in with a coupon for a free MVP experience. I checked in online and once I received a text that my stylist was ready, I went straight there. I was greeted by Suzy who was super friendly and professional. I've gone to several barbershops in the area and I feel like this was the best cut yet! Suzy really took the time to listen to what I wanted and checked with me throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy. Great job Suzy! A few days later I took my 14 year old son in and had another great experience. My only complaint is that the MVP is $31 without a coupon. Not any better prices than any other shop. I guess the shampoo/massage make it a little better deal, but that's a lot for someone trying to maintain a short hairstyle. All in all a great experience, highly recommend!
